Key dates
Over 80 years of history and passion
In January 1939, a handful of independent ski instructors came together to found the Morzine Ski School. They formed an association chaired by Lucien Poncet.
In 1945, the school joined the newly formed network of Écoles du Ski Français. Whilst retaining their independent status, the instructors have since played a part in the village’s transformation into an international resort, constantly adapting their expertise to meet the expectations of each generation.
