Is the lift pass included in the lesson price?
No, the lift pass is not included in the lesson price and is required to access the ski lifts. Please make sure you have a valid lift pass before the start of your lessons.

Is insurance included in the lesson price?
No, insurance is not included in the lesson price, and ESF does not provide insurance cover for its pupils. We recommend checking your personal insurance coverage and, if necessary, taking out ski insurance so that you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.

Does my child need any specific protective equipment for snowboarding?
  • Wearing a helmet is strongly recommended.
  • For beginners, wrist guards are also recommended to help prevent injuries while learning.
I've never skied before. Can I still sign up for snowboard lessons?
Yes! Skiing and snowboarding are two completely different disciplines, so no previous skiing experience is required to start learning snowboarding.
What equipment do I need for this snowboard lesson?
Please bring your own snowboard equipment, making sure it is suitable and properly adjusted for your level and size.

You should also wear warm, weather-appropriate clothing to ensure you stay comfortable throughout the lesson.

The Morzine ski resort, located in the Aulps Valley, can become your own playground thanks to our snowboarding lessons for children, teenagers and adults. Are you a keen rider? Benefit from instruction tailored to your level and improve your snowboarding technique in a friendly atmosphere with the help of our specialist snowboard instructors.

Snowboard lessons: a unique gliding experience

In Morzine, our state-qualified esf instructors offer a wide range of snowboard lessons in groups of similar ability: introductory snowboard sessions, beginner snowboard lessons, private snowboard lessons, group snowboard lessons, and more.

It’s up to you to choose the snowboarding experience that suits you best for a stress-free learning experience on Morzine’s snow-covered slopes. Whether you’re a beginner or not, there’s bound to be a snowboarding lesson designed just for you, to be enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere.

Learn at your own pace with an adult snowboarding course

Children and teenagers (beginner snowboarders, etc.) can take up this winter sport as soon as they feel ready, provided they are at least six years old, for added safety whilst snowboarding.

Adult snowboarding lessons, meanwhile, are exclusively for learners aged 18 and over. To take part, simply book the package that best suits your needs via our website or by phone, and ensure you have the recommended equipment by hiring it or visiting a shop. Please note that we offer a “5-lesson” package, available in the mornings from Monday to Friday. The perfect way to make rapid progress on your snowboard in the Aulps Valley!
